Border Grill Mandalay Bay

We had brunch at Border Grill and thought it was a pretty solid experience. It’s a $44.99 tapas style brunch where you can try three small plates at a time for two hours, great if you like variety. We sat on the patio, which was comfortable even in cooler weather thanks to the heaters. They also had fans for summer, so it's set up well year-round. Everything we tried tasted fresh and well-seasoned, even if nothing came out piping hot. Standouts were the Campechanand the prickly pear chai parfait. The horchata French toast also hit the spot. A few things missed for us, like the steak and egg being a bit tough and the breakfast taco coming out dry. But they did accommodate a gluten allergy with a corn tortilla, which we appreciated. The Diablo chicken and churro waffle brought some heat, and the birria hash had a little kick too, though no consommé like you might expect. Service was efficient, and the pace worked well for a relaxing brunch. If you're staying nearby and want variety without too much fuss, this is a great option, especially for folks looking for some gluten free friendly choices.

When I come to Las Vegas, I always love to have brunch here with a variety of items to choose from. And the bottomless mimosa is what I come here to border grill, for, the food is delicious.The atmosphere is great.The service is awesome.

First time here. As a Vegas local I would say the food here rivals if not surpassed Mesa grill which was an iconic Southwestern /Latin style restaurant at Caesars. The menu offer so many new options vs a standard franchise location Our sever Kyle was excellent and helped us decide what to order. The food did take a little long but the place was packed so no fault of the kitchen. Note to kitchen please make the pieces of Brussel sprouts a little larger and less chorizo. Menu items in photos: poblano chicken enchiladas, Brussel sprouts, mesquite, Al pastor tacos, Yucatan pork.

I love the food here, the staff is super nice too. Shoutout to our server whose name escapes me but started with a J! His recommendations were spot on and all delicious. Yes, it's pricey, but you're in Vegas. Live a little!

Wow! What an impressive place to enjoy a meal. The food is delicious, unique, presented beautifully, and surprisingly sustainably sourced! The employees/service is outstanding, they smile and lightly converse. .. Almost as if they love their job! Turns out that they do.... I believe that it is because of the way this place is run, I mean, the chef is an absolute wonderful person, he works hard, loves his food, and loves to see how patrons enjoy it. Who wouldn't be happy to work for a place that the owners/head chef actually care about it and believe in the business?! This is SERIOUSLY the best kept restaurant secret in Vegas! If every business would look at their business model, product, and professionalism things would be so much better for literally everyone!

Had a good experience at Border Grill. The food, for the most part, was good. We had the Queso Fundido appetizer which has good flavor. For entrees we had the prime rib tacos and the short ribs enchiladas. Both were decent but the prime rib on the tacos was very overcooked and thus became tough to chew. The meat was seasoned well and overall the flavors worked nicely. We had blood orange margaritas and they were very good.
